All orders ship from Hong Kong. Shipping fees and free-shipping offers are as shown at checkout.
- ✦Hong Kong & Macau: SF Express home delivery or SF station / locker pickup, about 1–3 business days
- ✦Japan & South Korea: international courier, about 4–7 business days
- ✦Europe, the Americas & other regions: international courier, about 7–14 business days
Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees on international orders are borne by the recipient (DDU). Delivery may be delayed by peak seasons, weather or customs clearance — thank you for your understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring every order arrives in excellent condition. All products undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipment. To protect the hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all our customers, please read the following Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, all intimate apparel, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, costumes, and other close-fitting garments are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once sold, unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item was shipped. This policy applies to all Hong Kong and international orders.

Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, or does not match your order, email info@naughtymeow.co within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, we cannot guarantee any cancellation, modification, order combination, or shipping address change once the order enters processing or dispatch.
Please double-check that all order information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

- ✦Incorrect size selected by the customer
- ✦Minor colour differences caused by display settings on different devices
- ✦Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- ✦Items that emit perfume, smoke, body, or other odours
- ✦Items with tags removed, damaged packaging, or incomplete original packaging
- ✦Requests submitted more than 3 business days after delivery
- ✦Items that are not in their original, resalable condition
